Safe Haven Homes LLC was born from almost 30 years of firsthand experience seeing residents feel overlooked and unheard in housing communities. Time and again, we witnessed families struggle in poorly managed homes where their needs were not a priority. We also saw the homeless population continue to grow due to the shortage of affordable housing—leaving many without safe, stable places to live. Even when affordable options were available, they were often neglected and improperly maintained.
Through a strong foundation built with The Lawson Companies in Virginia Beach, we learned what it truly means to care for residents and communities. We saw how placing people first, maintaining homes with excellence, and leading with integrity could transform neighborhoods and create lasting stability.
